My Account upgrade

In mid-January, you’ll see a new look and feel with the South Central Power My Account website.

The website will have a more user-friendly design and easier navigation. From the account dashboard, you’ll now see:

  • Quick links that will lead you to all the other features that are available
  • Usage overview graphs that will help you analyze and understand your energy usage trends
  • The latest communications and alerts from us
  • A Pay button to make quick payments right from the home screen

If you’re not enrolled, here’s what you are missing: an easy-to-use app, daily energy usage information, outage reporting and outage alerts, and more!

If you don’t have My Account set up, you’re missing out on these great features!

Bill & Pay

Enjoy the convenience of having your bill automatically paid each month from your bank account or credit card when you enroll in Auto Pay. For each account with us, you can add, edit, and remove any payment accounts you have set up to automatically make payments on your bill each month. Just click the Enroll link next to each account to get started.

Billing History

From this screen, you can see a history of past bills from your account. You also can view the bill or usage per bill by clicking on the View Bill or View Usage links. The total due column will reflect any adjustments made to the bill since it was printed.

Average Usage

One of the most powerful features of My Account is the ability to see how much electricity you typically use during a specific time period. This allows you to see when you can save money on your bill. The top section allows you to set filters for the graph, such as date ranges or specific accounts. The graph shows the type of report you selected, along with average temperature for that month, week, or time of day.

Contact Us / Issue Reporting

Report a problem with any of your services or submit a general inquiry. You also can use the form to contact us about any of our services.

Settings

In the Settings area, you can update billing address information and contact method preferences, as well as manage notifications and set up paperless billing.
