Planned Outages

At times, we need to take a planned outage to safely repair or upgrade equipment, replace a pole, or for
vegetation work. When we know about planned outages in advance, we will call the members who will be affected by the
outage.

Be sure you are included in those calls by ensuring that your phone number is correct on your account.
You can check that via the My Account system — either on the web or on the South Central app.
